THE MARVIN GILLERY SCHOLARSHIP FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE February 19, 2023 Kalamazoo, MI
The DieHard Foundation (DHF) announces the Marvin Gillery Scholarship. The Marvin Gillery Scholarship is given to minority scholars based on merit and financial need. The Marvin Gillery Scholarship was created to assist individuals with the opportunity to develop professionally, civically and socially within Western Michigan University. The Marvin Gillery Scholarship is a (1 time) non-renewable award.
Preference will be given to the student who demonstrates characteristics of resilience, a strong work ethic, direction, desire to succeed, and perseverance. A qualified recipient must [communicate/illustrate] circumstances, accomplishments, combined with a need for financial assistance.
The application and submission process for the Marvin Gillery Scholarship opens February 19, 2023 and closes August 31, 2023. Scholarship award winner(s) will be announced in/by October, 2023. Information and applications for the MGS are available at [www.DieHardFoundation.com] and are due by August 31,
2023.
The DHF is a 501c3 non profit charitable organization. All donations and gifts are fully tax deductible. The DHF was established to create a continual funding source for scholarships and charitable contributions for the education of minority scholars.
